Flux IT Solutions LLC ("Flux," "we," "us") is a technology studio based in Florida. This policy covers how we collect, use, and protect your information when you interact with our services, website, or phone systems.

SMS & Text Messaging Terms

Flux IT Solutions ("Flux IT") sends text messages to customers who initiate contact with our business. By interacting with us through any of the methods below, you consent to receive SMS messages from Flux IT Solutions at the phone number you provide.

How You Opt In (Consent Methods)

  • Phone call: When you call our business number and your call is missed, you will receive an automated text-back identifying Flux IT Solutions and asking how we can help. By continuing the SMS conversation, you consent to receive follow-up messages related to your service inquiry.
  • Website contact form: When you submit the contact form at fluxitsolutions.net, you consent to receive SMS messages related to your inquiry at the phone number you provide.
  • Text-in: When you send a text message to our business number, you consent to receive SMS replies and follow-up messages related to your inquiry.

Types of Messages You May Receive

  • An automated text acknowledging your missed call
  • Follow-up messages related to your service inquiry (up to 3 messages over 10 days)
  • Appointment reminders and scheduling confirmations
  • Estimate and proposal follow-ups
  • Review requests after service completion (up to 2 messages)
  • Payment links and invoice notifications
  • Replies to messages you send us

Message Frequency

Message frequency varies based on your interaction with Flux IT Solutions. You may receive up to 10 messages per service interaction. Recurring messages are sent only in relation to an active service inquiry or completed job.

Message and Data Rates

Message and data rates may apply. Check with your mobile carrier for details about your messaging plan.

Opt-Out

You can opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP to any message from Flux IT Solutions. You will receive a one-time confirmation message, and no further messages will be sent. Opting out applies to all SMS message types listed above.

Data Retention
