Who We Are

Flux IT Solutions ("Flux," "we," "us") is a technology studio based in Florida, operated by Torch and Loom LLC - PS Flux IT Solutions, a protected series of Torch and Loom LLC, a Florida series limited liability company. This policy covers how we collect, use, and protect your information when you interact with our services, website, or phone systems.

Information We Collect

We may collect the following when you contact us:

• Name, email address, and phone number
• Information you provide via forms, calls, or text messages
• Device and browser information when visiting our website
• Call metadata (time, duration, caller ID) when you call our business number

How We Use Your Information

• To respond to your inquiries and provide services
• To send transactional messages related to your request
• To improve our services and website

We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third parties.

Cookies & Analytics

Our website uses a small first-party analytics script that we run ourselves. It sets two cookies:

• _fxid: a random visitor ID so we can count returning visits (expires after 1 year)
• _fxvc: a visit counter (expires after 1 year)

It records the pages you view, how you arrived (referring site and campaign tags), screen size, language, browser, your IP address (used to estimate approximate location and filter out bots), how far you scroll, and clicks on buttons and forms. We use this only to see what is working on our site. It is stored on our own servers on AWS and is not shared or sold.

Our Flux Systems Framework page also uses the Meta Pixel, which lets Meta measure visits from our Facebook and Instagram ads. Meta may set its own cookies; see Meta's Privacy Policy. Our pages load fonts from Google Fonts, which receives your IP address when the fonts are downloaded.

You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. The site works without them.

Flux AI Site Assistant

The "Ask Flux AI" chat on our site answers common questions. Please don't enter sensitive personal information in it. If the assistant is connected to an AI service, your questions are sent to that service to generate a reply and may be kept to improve our answers.

SMS & Text Messaging Terms

Flux IT Solutions ("Flux IT") sends text messages to customers who initiate contact with our business. By interacting with us through any of the methods below, you consent to receive SMS messages from Flux IT Solutions at the phone number you provide.

How You Opt In (Consent Methods)

• Phone call: When you call our business number and your call is missed, you will receive an automated text-back identifying Flux IT Solutions and asking how we can help. By continuing the SMS conversation, you consent to receive follow-up messages related to your service inquiry.
• Website contact form: Texting is optional. You consent to SMS only if you enter a phone number and check the separate SMS box on a form at fluxitsolutions.net. Leaving it unchecked means we reply by email or phone call only.
• Text-in: When you send a text message to our business number, you consent to receive SMS replies and follow-up messages related to your inquiry.

Types of Messages You May Receive

• An automated text acknowledging your missed call
• Follow-up messages related to your service inquiry (up to 3 messages over 10 days)
• Appointment reminders and scheduling confirmations
• Estimate and proposal follow-ups
• Review requests after service completion (up to 2 messages)
• Payment links and invoice notifications
• Replies to messages you send us

Message Frequency

Message frequency varies based on your interaction with Flux IT Solutions. You may receive up to 10 messages per service interaction. Recurring messages are sent only in relation to an active service inquiry or completed job.

Message and Data Rates

Message and data rates may apply. Check with your mobile carrier for details about your messaging plan.

Opt-Out

You can opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP to any message from Flux IT Solutions. You will receive a one-time confirmation message, and no further messages will be sent. Opting out applies to all SMS message types listed above.

Data Retention

We retain contact information and communication records for as long as necessary to provide services and comply with legal obligations. You may request deletion of your data by contacting us.

We use industry-standard security measures including encryption and access controls to protect your information. Our infrastructure is hosted on Amazon Web Services (AWS).
