The problem
Every plushie is handmade and customizable, down to the color of each part. Off-the-shelf shop platforms assume fixed products and fixed prices.
The maker needed customers to design their own piece, then review each order and price it by complexity before taking payment.
What We Built
Product gallery
A clean showcase of every design, easy for the maker to update.
Zone-by-zone color picker
Customers choose yarn colors for each customizable part of a plushie.
Order requests
Custom orders go to the maker for review instead of an instant checkout.
Stripe payment links
Once a price is confirmed, the customer pays through a secure link.
Admin panel
Add products, upload photos, and define color zones without touching code.
Spam protection
Bot filtering on order forms keeps the inbox clean.
How It Works
A fast static site on a global CDN with a small serverless API for products and orders, secure admin sign-in, and direct image uploads.
