The problem
Every night, the same question: what's for dinner? The pantry is in one place, recipes in another, the grocery list on a sticky note, and everyone's dietary needs live in someone's head.
Recipe apps don't know what you actually have, and none of them remember that one kid is allergic to nuts.

Chef Kai, an AI assistant
A conversational assistant that checks your pantry, respects allergies and preferences, and suggests full recipes.
Pantry tracking
Items grouped by category with freshness status, updated automatically when you cook.
Meal planning
A day, week, and month calendar. Mark a meal cooked and the pantry adjusts.
Recipes & grocery lists
Search, save, scale, and import recipes from links or photos, then send ingredients to a grocery list.
Family profiles
Household size, diets, allergens, and dislikes shape every suggestion.
Accounts & payments
Google sign-in, subscription tiers, and checkout, ready for launch.
How It Works
A Flutter app for web and Android on a serverless AWS backend. The assistant uses a large language model with tools that read and update your pantry, recipes, and plans in real time.
