Every automation we sell runs in our own business first. We call Flux "client zero": if a system is going to fail, it should fail on us, not on you.

Never miss a lead again

Small service businesses lose money in four predictable places, so that is where we started with our own phone line:

  • Missed calls: an unanswered call gets an instant text-back and the lead is logged.
  • Follow-ups: a three-touch sequence (one hour, one day, three days) so no conversation goes cold.
  • Reviews: a review request goes out automatically when a job is done.
  • Invoices: drafted and sent as soon as the work is complete.

Voicemails arrive transcribed, and every lead, follow-up, and outcome shows up in one pipeline view.

Measuring what actually happens

We also built our own first-party analytics and run it across our sites, with no third-party ad trackers. Owning it taught us a lesson worth passing on: for a few weeks, visits were being credited to our hosting network instead of real visitors, and our bot filter was quietly throwing real traffic away. We caught it, fixed how visitor locations are read, and corrected the reports. If you are going to make decisions from your numbers, check that they measure what you think they measure.

Why client zero matters to you

By the time we install a system for you, we have already lived with it: tuned the timing, found the edge cases, and written the documentation. You get something proven, not an experiment.
