Novelled Knots is a Torch & Loom sister company, managed by Natalie (Matt's wife). Flux designed, built, and manages the site.
Every Novelled Knots plushie is handmade and customizable, down to the color of each part. That breaks the assumptions most shop platforms are built on: a fixed product, a fixed price, and an instant checkout.
Let customers design their piece
Each design is split into customizable zones (ears, body, outfit, and so on), and customers choose a yarn color for each one. The gallery shows every design, and the maker can add new ones, upload photos, and define color zones from a simple admin panel, without touching code.
Orders the maker reviews first
Because complexity changes the price, custom orders do not go straight to checkout. They arrive as requests. The maker reviews each one, confirms the price, and sends a secure payment link.
Keeping the inbox clean
Within days of launch, bots found the order form. We added spam filtering that real customers never see and better order tracking, so the maker only spends time on real requests.
Live on its own domain
In April 2026 the store moved to novelledknots.com, fast and hosted on a global network, with Flux managing it day to day.
